Victor Colombage
CEO / Managing Director
Victor Colombage is the Principal Officer of Pflege Insurance Brokers Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. Victor Colombage has been a pioneer in the Sri Lankan insurance industry for over 55 years, with extensive work experience and leadership, and has significantly contributed to the industry's growth and evolution in terms of scale and quality. He has the credentials of a chartered insurer and a senior management player with a proven track record. In terms of academics, work experience, and professional development, he has also had extensive international exposure. Furthermore, he led all of the organizations that he has worked to achieve new heights of success with numerous achievements. He is an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute in the United Kingdom.
Victor Colombage received his executive education in General Insurance & Insurance Manager from the Insurance Institute for Asia & the Pacific, Finance for Non-Finance Managers from Whinney Murray & Co. in Saudi Arabia.
He began his career in the Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation in 1961 as a Junior Underwriter in the fire department, rising through the ranks to Assistant Manager in the Fire Industrial Unit, Engineering Insurance, and Claims Unit. He held the position of Manager in Miscellaneous Insurance when he left Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation. After that, he worked for NCCI Insurance (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) as a Department Manager for 7 years before joining Asian Alliance Insurance PLC as a Department General Manager in Non-Life Insurance as a specified office to the Sri Lankan Insurance Board.

Saminda Colombage
Director
Saminda Colombage is the Managing Director of Pflege Insurance Brokers Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. Shaminda Colombage has over 30 years of insurance industry experience in Sri Lanka, which would include substantial work experience and leadership, and has made a significant contribution to the corporation's scale and quality growth. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, UK, and a license holder of the Chartered Insurance Institute of India. In addition, he holds an Insurance Diploma from the Insurance Institute of Sri Lanka. Furthermore, he was named first runner-up at the LOLC sales convention in 2016 and 2017, and second runner-up in 2015. He began his career in 1990 as an Insurance Clerk in Ajitha De Zoysa & Compnay Ltd. And then he joint to Essajee Carinjee & Company as the Insurance Officer and he joint to Lanka Orix Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd as the Manager in Business Development after 12 years of excellent service. He joint to LOLC General Insurance Company Limited as the Chief Manager for Business Development (General Insurance). In 2018 he joint to Finlay’s Insurance Brokers Ltd as the Assistant General Manager.
Yoshan Pallawela

Yoshan Pallawela is the Director of Pflege Insurance Brokers Consultants (Pvt) Ltd. Yoshan Pallawela has over ten years of experience in the Sri Lankan insurance industry, along with extensive work experience and talent. He has greatly contributed to the industry's scale and effectiveness development. He earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Buckinghamshire New University in the United Kingdom. He began his career in Continental Insurance as an Insurance Executive - Non-Motor Claims, after which he joined Finlay Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd, where he held the position of Assistant Manager (Cluster Head) when he left.
